The role:
In just over a year in this role, I’ve found a strong sense of purpose in the intersection of community, culture, and storytelling—especially through my work with brands like Neutrogena. Supporting their social and experiential presence has allowed me to help translate brand messaging into real-time, human moments, particularly through event coverage where I’ve been able to capture, shape, and extend the energy of activations across platforms as they happen.
Some of my most meaningful work has come from leading and supporting live event coverage—developing real-time social strategies, coordinating content execution, and ensuring that what’s happening on the ground is thoughtfully translated for digital audiences. This has allowed me to stay deeply connected to cultural moments while helping brands show up in ways that feel immediate, relevant, and authentic.
I also continue to lead proactive community engagement strategies across platforms, using cultural insights, social listening, and audience behavior to inform both day-to-day content and larger campaign moments. Whether building relationships with consumers and creators, supporting IRL activations, or identifying reactive content opportunities in real time, my focus remains on creating engagement that feels intentional and culturally in tune.
It’s rare to find work that so closely aligns with both my creative instincts and strategic mindset, and I’ve genuinely valued being part of a team where that balance is not only encouraged, but essential. I’m excited to keep growing in this space—deepening my impact, strengthening community connections, and continuing to push how brands show up in culture in more creative and meaningful ways!
